Any instances of ethical misconduct are treated with utmost seriousness and will be addressed in accordance with the guidelines provided by COPE.

Our commitment to ethical publishing aligns seamlessly with the COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice Guidelines, as well as the COPE Code of Conduct. For further details, please refer to the comprehensive guidelines available on the Commission on Publication Ethics (COPE) website.

We encourage all participants in the publication process to familiarize themselves with the COPE guidelines and actively engage in promoting ethical practices in research and publication.

Duties of Authors:

Publication and Submission Fee: Authors are not required to pay fees for manuscript submission. Article Processing Fee (APC)/Publication charge is only applicable after acceptance. The fee, clearly outlined on the journal’s website, supports open access publication.

Open Access Policy: All articles are openly accessible, facilitating global knowledge exchange. Readers have free access to published articles and can reuse them with proper citation.

Data Access and Retention: Authors may be asked to provide raw data for editorial review. They should be prepared to offer public access to data and retain it for a reasonable time after publication.

Reporting Standards: Authors must present an accurate account of their work’s significance. Papers should provide sufficient detail for replication. Fraudulent or inaccurate statements are considered unethical.

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must submit entirely original works, appropriately citing others’ work. Plagiarism and fraudulent data are prohibited. Any cases discovered post-publication will be investigated, and actions taken in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication: Publishing essentially the same research in more than one journal is unethical. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is unacceptable.

Acknowledgment of Sources: Authors must acknowledge others’ work, citing influential publications in their research.

Authorship of the Paper: Authorship should include those contributing significantly. The corresponding author must ensure all co-authors approve the final version for submission.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose financial or substantive conflicts of interest influencing results or interpretation. All project funding sources should be disclosed.

Fundamental Errors: Authors must promptly notify the editor of significant errors or inaccuracies discovered post-publication.

Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects: If the work involves hazardous materials or procedures, authors must clearly identify them.

Duties of Reviewers:

Contribution to Editorial Decisions: Peer review aids editors in decision-making and helps authors improve their work.
